As you may have been expecting, Otter.ai is available across multiple platforms. Meaning that you can download the mobile app from both the iOS and Android app stores. It also means that you can record transcripts whilst on the move and at times where you may not have anticipated needing to without having your laptop.
Although there is other ASR (automatic speech recognition) software out there, Otter stands out when it comes to accuracy. Studies of Otter towards other software has a great success rate. With an error rate of only 17%. This may seem high but in comparison to others that are scoring in excess of 50 and even 70% this is very good when being marked on 'Complex Accuracy'.
