All you need to do is download the spreadsheet, make a copy for yourself and then click on each company and register your business, ensuring that the details you submit exactly match the details on your website.
Make sure that the NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) matches exactly
Will it take long to submit your website to the online directories?
It will take you about 5-10 minutes to submit yourself to each directory, I would advise creating an additional email to receive your responses from the above companies, so the information is all in one place.
You will more than likely have to go through a verification process, which may involve you waiting for an email from the company to confirm that you are real.
And in some cases, you may have to speak to an adviser.
There are some companies who will look after your citation submissions for you and if you feel like you will not have the time to do this then it may be worth getting in touch with them to see if they can help you instead.
